SALES TERMS AND INFO:

When booking an item, full payment is required. Sugarflours will not hold an item without full payment. Please wait for our final email notification containing total payable amount before making payment. Payment terms : Cash, or Credit/Debit Card at any of our outlets or via cash deposit or 3rd party online to our Maybank Acc 5642 7640 1554 Sugarflours Sdn Bhd with email n otification/ proof of payment to info@sugarflours.com (E.g: For maybank2u users, please insert our email address in the 'recipient email' section or you can insert your email and then forward the payment transaction confirmation to us atinfo@sugarflours.com) For email orders:- For payments made via cash deposit/3rd party transfer, the proof of payment must be sent to us for verification. Please fax over the slip to us at 03-8926 5698 or you can email us a clear picture of the slip for our verification. Sugarflours will only send out items once full payment and proof of payment have been received. It is Sugarflours' policy to use only registered postal services for all postal deliveries (POSLAJU). Postage will be charged at a minimum RM8 for all deliveries under 0.9kg to Peninsular Malaysia and from minimum RM10 for postage under 0.9kg to Sabah/Sarawak. Rates to other locations and items weighing more than 1kg start from RM8.50 onwards. For payments received before 12.00 noon, goods should be received by next working day. Our responsibility will cease once package is sent out. Important Note: No staff of Sugarflours is able to access Sugarflours Sdn Bhd’s banking account and its details of transactions. We kindly ask for your cooperation to provide us the proof of payment to speed up the process. Therefore the proof of payment is necessary for every transaction. Thank you so much
